J. v. G. Thoma GmbH erweitert seine Fabrik für die Antaris Jurawatt Produktion Der Spezialist für Solartechnik und Anlagenbau J. v. G. Thoma, Deutschland, mit Sitz in Freystadt (Bayern) freut sich über einen erneuten Großauftrag.

Die PV-Modul Produktion Antaris Jurawatt verdoppelt ihre Kapazität auf 45MW. Neben einen neuen Hochleitungslaminator und 2 Stringern installiert das Team von J. v. G. Thoma hier nicht nur neue Maschinen, sondern stellt die bestehende teilautomatisierte Fertigung nun in vielen Bereichen auf Vollautomatisierung um.

Besonders möchten wir hier die neue vollautomatische Layuplösung sowie die Induktionslötung von J. v. G. Thoma erwähnen für optimal reproduzierbare Lötstellen.

Von den Planungsanfängen bis hin zum Produktionsbeginn und Erweiterung begleiten und betreuen die Ingenieure der J. v .G. Thoma Group die Firmengründer der Antaris Jurawatt GmbH hier direkt vor Ort.

J. v. G. Thoma GmbH Expands its Manufacturing Plant to Facilitate Antaris Jurawatt Production

J. v. G. Thoma, the German company specialized on solar technology and plant engineering, headquartered in Freystadt, Bavaria, secured another large-volume order.

This latest announcement is the result of Antaris Jurawatt doubling the capacity of its PV module production line to an impressive 45 MW. In addition to a new high-performance laminator and two stringers, the J. v. G. Thoma team will not only install new machinery but also convert the existing, so far only partially automated production facilities in many areas to fully automated systems.

Within the project, special emphasis should be given to the new, fully-automated lay-up solution as well as the induction soldering unit for consistently reproducible soldering connections – both provided by J. v. G. Thoma.

From initial planning to production start-up and future expansion the founders of the Antaris Jurawatt GmbH will be assisted and supported on their premises by the J. v. G. Thoma team of expert engineers.
